How to Make a Quest.
Players can start posting their own quests which other players can then accept and work on.
To begin the process, first a Player has to be at least level 25 before they can post a quest on the quest board.
Then they have to pay a Quest Post Fee.
The Quest Post Fee is needed to post a quest because it means you can post an official quest onto the board with the official system quests as well as other players quests. Second, it allows your Quest to give the other players Exp as one of its rewards, however, you still have to pay a minimum reward depending upon the Classification of the quest you want to assign.
One player may only post up to 2 quests at one time.
Race Leaders may post up to 5 quest at one time.
This is also how many you can post within a week's time frame.
If you are a race leader, and you have 5 completed quests, wait until a week has passed from their Posting before Posting more.
All this will be explained in further detail below.
Just know that to post a quest you will need 3 Things.
1. Level 25 Minimum.
2. Yuld for the Quest Post
3. Reward for your Quet Taker

Quest Classifications
Classes are Classified into ranks.
This Depends on how much money you put into quest.
The more Money you spend on a quest, the higher its class will be, the more exp it will be worth to the quest taker.
Higher Classed Quests will attract higher level players because they're looking for more exp and better rewards by nature.
The following will be all the classification of quests, as well as how much Yuld they cost, as well as how much Exp they give.
Class D Quest - The Cheapest Quest, Only really taken on by new players.
Minimum Post Cost: 100 Yuld.
Exp for Quest is 3 Exp per 100 Yuld up to a max of 10,000 Yuld
Class C Quest - The Base Quest used for most easy jobs, gives lower Exp.
Minimum Post Cost: 20,000 Yuld

Since you cannot take on your own quests, it is a good idea to think about what other people see as value than what you may value.
You should look into what kind of players may be needed to finish your quest.
if level 100+ players are needed, you may want to invest in some A or S class quest, since they will need that much Exp to level up at their stage in the game.
