Lv 25 - Star World - 500 Mp - Freezes Time, Instantly Throws 500 Punches at a target, they act as one hit when time unfreezes and deals 2000% Atk DMG. If a vehicle is nearby, you can ALSO throw it on top of the target and deal a quarter of the vehicle's Hp as damage, then the vehicle breaks. that is assuming you can lift said vehicle with your strength. cooldown 3 hours.
